Hank Wasiak

Hank Wasiak is a communications industry leader with an impressive resume of experience working with the corporate elite of global business. He is co-founder of Concept Farm, an award winning digital agency, author, Emmy award winner, key note speaker, university professor and Reiki master. Hank’s professional journey began in the Mad Men era at Benton & Bowles and took him to and through the corporate boardrooms of the ad world’s biggest names. He learned from the best in the business to become the best in the business.

Hank retired as Vice Chairman of McCann WorldGroup and served on that company's board playing an integral role in the management of McCann's global clients. He was president of Geers Gross Advertising and Ketchum Communications. Hank also had a stellar career on the client side as President of Brown Forman's Jos. Garneau Company, COO of Somerset Importers, and EVP, Charles of the Ritz. He serves on multiple boards of the American Heart Association.

Hank teamed up with Dr. Kathryn D. Cramer, Ph.D., to create an innovative business-self-help book series, published by Running Press….”Change The Way You See Everything”, “Change The Way You See Yourself” and “Change The Way You See Everything – For Teens”. Hank was executive producer and host of Concept Farm’s Emmy award winning show "Cool In Your Code" and won three New York Emmys for his on camera performances.

Hank has had extensive experience teaching at a number of prestigious universities. He currently is an adjunct professor at USC’s Marshall School of Business, was an assistant professor at Pace University, and taught at University of South Florida, University of Louisville and Eckerd College.

Hank earned a bachelor’s degree in advertising from Pace University, an MBA in marketing from the Baruch School of Business. He resides in Palm Springs California.
